Hello to the Warrane Community,

Swimming and Water Safety

Over the next two weeks, students in Grades 3–6 will be participating in the Swimming and Water Safety Program. This is a vital part of our curriculum, as it helps students develop confidence in the water, learn essential survival skills, and build lifelong habits that keep them safe in and around aquatic environments.

Thank You

A big thank you to all the parents and family members who joined us for our recent Open Afternoon. It was wonderful to see you engaging with your child’s learning and celebrating their achievements. Your involvement makes a real difference to our school community.

Swimming Carnival

Congratulations to all students who participated in our Swimming Carnival. It was fantastic to see such great effort, enthusiasm, and encouragement across the day. A special thank you to staff and volunteers who helped make the event run so smoothly.

Welcome to Spring

Spring has arrived, and with the warmer weather comes the need for sun protection. Please remember that students will soon be required to wear hats when outside. “No hat, no play” helps keep everyone safe under the sun.

Everyday School Matters

Attending school every day is important for students’ learning and wellbeing. Each day builds on the last, and consistent attendance ensures students don’t miss out on valuable learning opportunities and social connections. Thank you for supporting your child to be at school every day.

Footy Colours Day

On Friday, 26th September, we will be celebrating Footy Colours Day. Students are encouraged to wear the colours of their favourite team. This is always a fun day of community spirit, so we look forward to seeing a rainbow of team pride across the school.  Kinder will be celebrating Footy Colours Day on Wednesday, 24th September.

Have a lovely weekend
